Meatball Machine starts out on the right foot: the DVD menu has a comedic introduction in which one of the movie’s parasitic antagonists informing the watcher that he (or she) will get to see “a boob.” Being perpetually 13 years old, the word “boob” made me laugh uncontrollably. I foresaw good things from this film. Good things and boobs.
